This restaurant serves asian noodles and dumplings reinterpreted by José Andrés. Everything is in white tiles and polished stainless steel, the kitchen is open on the retsaurant and the casino entrance.
Light suspensions have japaneses fish and cherry trees motif. A long polished stainless steel shelf wraps around the restaurant and displays traditional asian rice bags.
