In this mediterranean cuisine restaurant, the theme is « Cairo in the 30s’ » with a green and white traditional « zéliges » (maroccan tiles) floor, custom designed wall papers and Bohemian cristal chandeliers. A long shelf wraps around the restaurant and displays vintage books and B&W photos of egyptian movies, objets that might come from Indiana Jones office : egyptian boxes and statuettes, old radios and clocks. We bought everything in the Californian and Nevadan flea-markets.
