In this large restaurant/bar/casino, famous spanish chef José Andrés wanted an atmosphere completely dedicated to the meat. Meat should be visible, exposed, cooked in front of the clients. Based on this concept, Philippe Starck imagined a restaurant with the hunting and nature theme, with a super long table that unifies the very large space surrounded by recessed rooms and alcoves, wrapped by a XIXth century masters’ inspired canvas with hunting images.
