The Yamu

With an exterior design by Denniston and interiors design by Philippe Starck, The Yamu is a luxury ressort built on cape Yamu on the Island of Phuket. Chiara and Alexandra have managed the project for over 2 years at Starck’s office. The program includes 80 rooms several villas and a club with suite villas and SPA. In the hôtel, the main wing is surrounded by glass cubes floating on a pond : each cube is part of the public spaces but treated with its own concept : Library, chocolaté room, cigar room, wine room, private kitchen, store, restaurant.
